Natalia is admitted to practice law in both Washington and California. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, she obtained her BA in English Language and Literature in 1993, and her MBA in 1996. She studied law at the Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco, CA. After law school, Natalia worked as a judicial extern at the San Francisco Superior Court and practiced law in San Jose, CA, San Francisco, CA, Kirkland, WA and Bellevue, WA focusing on civil litigation, family law, estate planning, and immigration.

Natalia is a member of the California State Bar, Washington State Bar, East King County Bar Association and the East European Bar Association. Natalia works with Eastside Legal Assistance Program (ELAP) as a volunteer attorney, donating her time and resources to indigent people of King County who cannot afford an attorney. Natalia lives in Kirkland, has three children and in her free time enjoys spending time with her family, hiking in the PNW and exploring US National Parks.
